Frequently asked questions
The things buyers ask us most.
How much do you charge?+
Product sourcing is 1% of the purchase value. Verification from $199 per factory, inspection from $99 per man-day, private label from $499 per project. Consolidation is quoted by actual weight and volume. Everything is itemised in your written quote.
Do you take a commission from the factory?+
No. We take no rebate, kickback or margin from any supplier. This is a common practice in our industry that can silently double your real cost, and we refuse to do it. Our only income is the fee you agree to in writing.
What is the minimum order value?+
There is no minimum. We work with orders from a few hundred dollars. For very small orders we strongly recommend consolidation, because shipping several separate parcels usually costs more than the goods themselves.
How long does sourcing take?+
A supplier shortlist with quotes typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on how specific your requirements are. Verification and inspection are scheduled within one to two weeks of your approval.
Can you ship to my country?+
Yes — we ship worldwide by sea, air and express, with door-to-door options and customs documents for your own broker if preferred. We regularly ship to Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.
How do I pay you?+
You can pay online by card for fixed-price services. For sourcing projects, commission and supplier invoices are settled by bank transfer or through a payment channel agreed in your contract.
Do you help with Amazon FBA?+
Yes. We offer logo printing, custom packaging, FBA labelling and direct delivery to Amazon or your own 3PL, so goods arrive marketplace-ready.
What if the goods are defective?+
Every shipment includes a pre-shipment inspection report with photos. If goods fail the agreed specification, we raise it with the factory before shipment and hold the cargo until it is resolved. Our inspection report is your evidence for a claim.
