Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Wein Sports & Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality wholesale sportswear and fitness apparel. As a B2B wholesaler, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns received after 14 days may be rejected.

3. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage
• Intimate apparel (swimwear, bodysuits, underwear) must have the hygiene liner intact
• Bulk/wholesale orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the items back to the address provided (buyer pays return shipping unless defective)
4. Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe)

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing for you.

7. Wholesale / Bulk Orders

For orders of 50+ units of the same item, a 15% restocking fee applies to returns. Custom orders (custom labels, packaging, or specifications) are final sale and cannot be returned.

8. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Used, washed, or altered items
• Items returned after 30 days
